Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To confirm appointments we require a 30% non-refundable deposit per appointment to confirm and secure appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of procedure. This prevents other clients from claiming the appointed date and time. Deposits are transferable only one time but you most reschedule waiting 72h.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, the deposit is no-refundable.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. As a courtesy, we will TEXT you and confirm your service appointments 3 business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
