Fire and Ice Facial for all skin types.
The Fire and Ice Facial is famous for its instant brightening, smoothing and tightening of the skin. It is also known as “The Red Carpet Facial” in Hollywood, for obvious reasons! This intensive clinical treatment is designed to resurface the skin, reduce fine lines and wrinkles and deep clean blocked pores. Serums and creams with aromas of warm cinnamon and cool peppermint compliment precise combinations of two professional treatment masks.
The Fire and Ice Facial begins with the “fire” which is an intensive resurfacing masque. The masque is clinically formulated with 18% unbuffered glycolic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, malic acid, retinol, vitamin B3 and potent antioxidants, including green tea extracts. It has a cinnamon scent and tingles a little on your face as it begins to work. After the “fire mask has completed its job, the “ice” is applied.
This is a rejuvenating mask designed to cool and soothe the skin. This intensively hydrating masque contains hyaluronic acid, aloe vera gel, Japanese green tea extracts, licorice extracts, grape seed extracts and rosemary extracts. The pampering part of the facial cools the initial “peel” and leaves the skin glowing.
Dermaplaning is a non-invasive option that gives your face a revitalized look and texture. Almost immediately after the procedure, you’ll see renewed skin! Dermaplaning can be performed on the entire face and can be used alone or in conjunction with other procedures such as chemical peels.
When performed prior to other treatments, can remove the “peach fuzz” which can trap excess dirt and oil. And after the procedure, you’ll notice your makeup going on much smoother. Dermaplaning helps to “refinish” the skin through a method of controlled surgical scrapina. The treatment gives the skin a smoother appearance by removing the top layer of the skin. This procedure is most often used to improve the look of facial skin that has shallow acne scars, fine lines and hyperpigmentation (brown spots).
When performed by a well trained professional such as ourselves dermaplanning is very safe.
No. This is physiologically impossible. There are two types of hair that grow on your body. Vellus hair, which when cut or removed will grow back the same size and shape, therefore, the main structure of vellus hair does not change and is not altered by dermaplanning.
Terminal hair however, is physiologically coarse. When this hair type is cut will always grow back coarse. Dermaplanning is designed to treat the vellus hair which is located on the face. Once vellus hair is cut it will maintain a blunt edge and this blunt edge will not physiologically alter the hair itself.
